Empirical Study on the Subjective Well-being Sources of Wuhu Citizens by Analyzing Influencing Factors.

Recently, China is improving the well-being level of citizen, and subjective well-being is an extremely important quantitative indicator. In this study, subjective well-being was used to survey 1,800 residents in Wuhu, China. The correlation between subjective well-being and economic growth has been studied based on correlation analysis and factor analysis. There are three findings: Firstly, the level of subjective well-being of residents in Wuhu is relatively high; Secondly, there is less correlation between subjective well-being and economic growth; Finally, the index of well-being has a significant positive correlation with the gap between the rich and the poor and the level of income.

Research of Internet Development Trending Index of China.

The Internet of China developed rapidly in recent years. Related researches and discussions have been made on the Internet development by academies and industries. The paper was written by combining quantitative and qualitative perspective. The Internet development trending index of China was calculated and forecasted using the following sub-indexes: Netizens, the number of IPv4 addresses, the number of sites, international bandwidth and network application status. Finally, implications for research were pointed out on the practical level. 

[CSSCI Paper] Research on Risk Measurement of Urban Real Estate Market in China: Based on Comprehensive Evaluation in Jinan City

As one of China’s pillar industries, development of real estate industry can drive China’s macroeconomic steady progress. At present, in order to maintain the steady development of the real estate industry, the central government introduced a series of control policies, which requires that we should attach great importance to the real estate market risk research to achieve the safe operation of the economy during the process of reform. In view of this, this paper establishes the real estate market risk index system with three dimensions as the criterion layer with the comprehensive weighting method of analytic hierarchy process and entropy method, combined with the development status of real estate industry in Jinan City, Shandong Province, evaluates and researches on the real estate market risk in Jinan. The results show that the price risk and inventory risk of Jinan real estate market are relatively high, and the overall risk level is increasing year by year. Finally, based on the risk evaluation results, it puts forward the reason analysis and relevant policy suggestions.

近年来,中国国有企业改革持续深入,致力于建立完善的现代企业制度。在改革浪潮中,国有企业经理人激励不足、效率低下等问题较为突出,如何有效地激励管理人员已成为一个重要的问题。本文从公司治理理论出发,立足中国实际,结合相关文献,分析了国有企业治理现状。在此基础上,立足公司治理的基本框架, 探讨了国企经理人激励机制存在的问题,并进行了原因分析。接着针对存在的问题从对外、对内两个层面提出了激励机制的完善路径,以期尽可能减少国有企业人才流失,增强国有企业运营能力和综合竞争力。最后提出了该领域未来研究展望。

[CSSCI来源期刊论文]我国城市房地产市场风险测度研究——基于综合赋权评价方法对济南市的测算

房地产业作为我国的支柱产业之一,其发展可以带动我国的宏观经济稳步前进。当前,中央为了维持房地产业平稳发展出台了一系列的调控政策,这就要求在改革过程中,要高度重视对房地产市场风险的研究,以实现经济的安全运转。鉴于此,本文利用层次分析法和熵值法的综合赋权方法,建立了以三种维度为准则层的我国房地产市场风险指标体系,并结合山东省济南市的房地产业发展现状,对该市房地产市场风险进行了评价研究。研究结果发现:济南房地产市场的价格风险、库存风险相对较高;总体风险水平逐年升高;最后,基于风险评价结果给出原因分析及相关政策建议。
