Empirical Study on the Subjective Well-being Sources of Wuhu Citizens by Analyzing Influencing Factors.
Recently, China is improving the well-being level of citizen, and subjective well-being is an extremely important quantitative indicator. In this study, subjective well-being was used to survey 1,800 residents in Wuhu, China. The correlation between subjective well-being and economic growth has been studied based on correlation analysis and factor analysis. There are three findings: Firstly, the level of subjective well-being of residents in Wuhu is relatively high; Secondly, there is less correlation between subjective well-being and economic growth; Finally, the index of well-being has a significant positive correlation with the gap between the rich and the poor and the level of income.
